Two standout salons are doing their part to keep things green. Fox n’ Jayne in Le Village and Oasis Hair and Day Spa in downtown Cornwall are both certified as Greencircle salons. Subscribers to the program divert up to 95% of their salon waste away from the landfill.
Hair is collected and repurposed (used for oil spill cleanups!), while soiled foils, colour tubes, aerosols, gloves, excess hair colour, wax strips, nail polish bottles and more are recycled in an ecologically sustainable way.
