Not Your Mama’s Hot Chocolate

Decadent, made from scratch, and very, very creamy hot chocolate. Try it, you’ll like it!

Serves 2

1 can coconut milk (15 oz)

1/2 c almond milk (or regular milk)

1/3 c dark chocolate chips

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1/2 tsp vanilla

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add coconut milk and almond milk (or regular milk). Whisk in dark chocolate chips, cocoa powder and vanilla; mix until chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Add in a tiny pinch of salt. Adjust to taste and pour into two mugs.
