SUMMER LOVE
[ Makes 2 servings ]
- 8 cucumber slices
- 3 oz Tito’s vodka
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- 4 oz watermelon juice
- Fresh mint leaves
- Watermelon cubes
In a shaker, muddle cucumber slices; add vodka, triple sec, and watermelon juice; top with ice. Give it a good shake. Garnish with mint and watermelon.

A “Perch-fect” Punch
[ Makes 10 servings ]
- 1⁄2 cucumber, sliced
- 30 mint leaves
- 1 cup Hendrix gin
- 1 1⁄2 cups apple juice
- 1 1⁄2 cups soda
In a large pitcher, muddle cucumber slices, mint and gin; add apple juice and soda; top with ice. Stir. Garnish with cucumber slice and mint.

FRENCH FROSÉ
[ Makes 10 servings ]
- 1 bottle rosé
- 1 cup simple syrup
- 3⁄4 cups strawberries, sliced
- 5 cups ice
In a blender, add rosé, simple syrup, sliced strawberries, and ice. Blend. Garnish with strawberry slices.
