Earlier this year, Rob Gratton baked every single recipe of Bread Baker’s Apprentice. He’s currently working his way through Flour Water Salt Yeast. A public servant for the feds, Rob bakes artisan bread to satisfy his interest in art and science. We think his most delicious loaves incorporate spent grain from Rurban Brewing and Humble Beginnings Brewing Co. We look forward to the day that he opens his artisan bread bakery.
