In addition to being the Administrative Assitant for the General Manager of Planning, Development, and Recreation for the City of Cornwall, Kat Rendek works as a local food system facilitator through her company, Allspice Solutions. She also loves gardening barefoot, making pies at 11pm, and dancing to disco music.
